COMPLAINT

 

1. The deadline for filing a complaint is 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The products must be in their original, unopened and undamaged packaging.

 

2. The complaint procedure will be initiated as soon as the claimed goods, together with a duly completed complaint form and proof of purchase of the goods, are delivered to the seller by the buyer.

4. The address for sending goods in the event of a complaint is: Kateřina Slunečková, Újezd 17, 110 00, Prague 1.

 

5. Goods can be sent via any carrier - directly to our address, not to a delivery point, for example in the case of a courier!

 

6. In the event of an exchange or return of goods, the buyer pays for shipping. Goods sent on delivery will not be accepted.

 

7. In the event of an incorrect order being sent by the seller, the seller will pay for the shipping. The method of shipping must be agreed in advance by emailing katerina@m6gallery.com.

 

8. The complaint will be handled as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the complained goods to the seller.
