My name is Natálie Ritter Ponikelská. I was born in Olomouc, where I also later studied general medicine at the Faculty of Medicine, however, I have been involved in fine arts, especially painting, since childhood. In addition to painting, I am also interested in graphic design, drawing and illustration. I currently work mostly with oil paints on my abstract paintings, lately I've been returning to acrylics as well. I work with contrast, I enjoy strong colors and expressive brushstrokes, I use larger formats. I often depict ordinary objects around me, I enjoy including even illustrative elements, other times I try to capture purely abstract thought processes, dreams.
